Your class timetable, full – without the spreadsheet

Built in

The jobs that used to eat your evenings

A timetable that runs itself

Each class repeats every week, ongoing or until a date, and is ready to book twelve weeks ahead. Days off and holidays come off the timetable by themselves.

Spaces left, then a waitlist

“This week's classes” shows what's left. When a class is full, clients join the waitlist and the next freed space is held for the first person automatically.

Class passes and monthly unlimited

Sell a 10-class pass, a monthly unlimited pass, or both. Choose which classes each pass covers. Pay as you go stays the default.

Your late-cancellation rule

Set the cut-off (12 hours for classes, unless you change it). Late cancellations and no-shows use up the class from a pass – or give it back, if you prefer.

A register in one tap

Tick each person in, or tap “Everyone's here”. See who paid, who used a pass and whose health questions are due.

Same class every week

Regulars book the same class for up to 12 weeks in one go, and get a “Same class next week?” nudge when it has a space.

Also included

Everything else, free

Bank transfer and cash are always free. Instant online payments go straight to your own Stripe account and are optional, with a Squono fee of 0.5%, capped at £1 per payment, plus Stripe's own processing fee – your cost, never added to what clients pay.
  • Classes for any number of instructors under your studio's name
  • A short health questionnaire, once a year – sealed and shared only with you
  • Your own terms, ticked once by each client
  • Weather heads-up for outdoor bootcamps
  • Reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before every class
  • Bank transfer and cash always free; instant online payments optional

You stay in charge

You set your prices, your cancellation rules and who can book. You look after your own qualifications and insurance, just as you do now – anything Squono or a club hasn't checked is shown as self-declared.

Questions

Straight answers

Can clients book the same class every week?
Yes – in one go, for up to 12 weeks. Any week that's full or off the timetable is skipped and they're told which.
How do class passes work?
You choose the number of classes (or unlimited), how long the pass lasts and which classes it covers. Each booking uses one class from the pass; clients see what's left, and get a reminder before it ends.
What happens when someone cancels late?
Inside your cut-off it counts as a late cancellation: by default the class is used up from their pass, or you can choose to give it back. The freed space goes straight to the waitlist.
Does it work for a studio with several instructors?
Yes. Invite each instructor; they run their own classes and see their own clients, and you see everything under your studio's name.
