Duty rotas and lift sharing, without the spreadsheet
Share out the oranges, flag duty and pitch set-up fairly across every family for the whole season, and let parents sort lifts to away matches between themselves. Both are free, and a coach can switch either on or off for the team.

A fair rota for the season, in one press
List the jobs
Half-time fruit, linesperson or flag, kit washing if your team shares a kit, refreshments, first aid, setting up the pitch, filming – or anything else. Choose whether each job is for every match, home matches only, training, or every event.
Shared out fairly
Press “Fill the season” and the families with the fewest duties so far go first. You can set a gap so nobody does the same job every week.
Families, not just parents
Brothers and sisters count as one family, and both separated parents see their family's duties. Nobody is given a duty at a match their children can't make.
Swaps without the coach
Families can swap with another family, or say they can't do it. The coach only hears about gaps.
Reminded two days before
Families are told their dates and reminded two days before, and each duty shows on the match-day card.
Opt-outs for good reasons
A family can be left out of a job they can't do, and the rota works around them.
Lift sharing
Lifts to away matches, sorted between parents
- For each match, offer spare seats or ask for a lift – there, back or both
- Say roughly where you're leaving from and when – never a home address
- The family asks, the driver accepts, and both know who's going with whom
- Only the families of players in that team, and the team's staff, can see it
- The area you gave is wiped the day after the match
A private arrangement between parents
Lift sharing in Squono is arranged by parents, for parents. The club doesn't organise or vet drivers, and each parent decides who their child travels with.

Pitches closed? Tell everyone in one go
When the pitches are waterlogged or frozen, a club admin can cancel every affected event on that day in one go. Everyone affected hears straight away – it's urgent, so it gets through quiet hours – and calendar feeds show the events as cancelled. Pressed it by mistake? It can be undone for 15 minutes.
