Squono costs parents nothing. If your club asks for subs or kit money through Squono, you pay the club what it asks – by bank transfer, or online if your club offers it.

Getting started

Up and running in a couple of minutes

  1. 1. Open your invitation

    Your coach or club sends an invitation to your email address. Open it on your phone.

  2. 2. Reply straight away

    Answer availability and pay from the link – no need to install anything.

  3. 3. Add the app if you like

    The app makes it quicker, with one account for all your children and clubs. It's never required.

Haven't had an invitation? Ask your team's coach or manager – they can send it again. Invitations are personal, so please don't forward yours; other family members can have their own.

When your child's team has Squono Pro, you can tap Watch match or Watch highlights and you're watching – on your phone, laptop or TV. Missed the match? You haven't missed a thing.

Pick up where you left off, and hide the score until you've seen it.

Open TV mode in your TV's web browser, or cast from your phone.

Grandparents too

Give a family pass so relatives can watch the matches – view-only, until the end of the season.

Privacy

Your child's privacy comes first

Only people invited by your club can see your team. There are no public profiles of children, chat is for adults only, and your club decides who can see full matches, highlights, results and downloads. If you're worried about anything you see, contact your club's welfare officer – see our safeguarding page.
Are there adverts?

No – not on Free and not on Pro. We don't show adverts, we don't send marketing notifications to parents or players, and we don't sell data.

How do parents join?

By invitation from their club. A coach, manager or club administrator invites each parent or guardian by email. The invitation is tied to that email address, so a forwarded link won't work for anyone else.

It's free for parents. If you're a parent and haven't had an invitation, ask your team's coach or manager.

Do parents have to install the app?

No. Parents can reply to availability and pay from an email or link without installing anything, and can add fixtures to their calendar by subscribing to a feed – no calendar permission needed. The app makes things quicker, but it's never required.

Do parents have to pay?

Not for Squono – it's free for families. The only time a parent pays us is if they choose to pay for their team's Pro (and the coach agrees). If your club asks for subs or kit money through Squono, you pay the club what it asks – by bank transfer, or online if your club offers it.

Who can see what?

Your club decides. For each team you can choose who sees full matches, highlights, results, photos and downloads – for example the whole team, coaches only, or selected families. You can change the rule for a single match or video too. Scores and goalscorers can be kept private.

Coaching notes are for coaches. People only ever see teams they've been invited to. Opposition clubs only see a match you've specifically shared with them, for as long as you allow.
