For swimming teachers
Swimming lessons, booked by parents in a few taps
Parents pick a 30-minute slot, book for their child and pay – and only you see the child's name. Small groups show spaces left, blocks of lessons count themselves down, and reminders go out before every lesson.

Built in
The jobs that used to eat your evenings
Slots the length of a lesson
Your pool hours become clean 30-minute slots, with a gap between lessons if you need one. Double bookings can't happen.
Brothers and sisters, one booking flow
Parents book for each child in turn; children's names are only ever shown to you – never on public pages, lock screens or email subjects.
Safeguarding built in
Messages go to the parent, never the child. For lessons with under-18s you see a short best-practice reminder with your governing body's safeguarding link.
Same time every week
Parents book a term of lessons in one go – any week you've marked as a day off is skipped and they're told which.
Blocks of lessons
Sell a block of 6 or 10. Each lesson uses a credit, and parents see what's left on the block.
Reminders that stop the no-shows
Reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before every lesson, and one polite payment reminder the morning after if something's unpaid.
Also included
Everything else, free
Bank transfer and cash are always free. Instant online payments go straight to your own Stripe account and are optional, with a Squono fee of 0.5%, capped at £1 per payment, plus Stripe's own processing fee – your cost, never added to what clients pay.
- Parents can share an emergency contact and medical notes for a booking
- Your page shows your qualifications; anything not checked is labelled self-declared
- Your word everywhere – “Book with your teacher”
- Bank transfer and cash free; card payments optional
You stay in charge
You set your prices, your cancellation rules and who can book. You look after your own qualifications and insurance, just as you do now – anything Squono or a club hasn't checked is shown as self-declared.Questions
