How it works
A payment request in a minute
Ask for subs, a match fee, kit money or a tournament entry. Every family is told, and can pay from the app or from a link in an email – no download needed.
- Families see the amount, the club's bank details and one reference to use
- They pay from their own banking app, then tap “I've sent it”
- You confirm it – or import your bank statement and let the references match themselves
- Reminders go only to families who still owe something

Bank statement import
Upload a CSV from your bank and Squono matches payments to families by reference. You check the matches before anything is recorded, and the file itself is never stored.
Repeating costs
Monthly subs, a yearly fee, or the referee's fee split between families after every match – set it once and requests go out on their own.
Waive, cancel, refund
Waive a payment quietly, cancel a request made in error, and refund online payments from the app. Families only ever see what they owe.
Protected bank details
Changing the club's bank details needs a password check, and a second treasurer's approval or a 72-hour wait. Everyone is alerted, with a one-tap freeze.
Pay from a link
Every family gets their own link to pay, showing only what they owe for that request.
Optional
Instant online payments, if you want them
Some clubs like card or Pay by Bank for tournament entries or kit orders. Connect your club's own Stripe account and the money goes straight there. Instant online payments are optional and carry a Squono fee of 0.5%, capped at £1 per payment, plus Stripe's own processing fee.
The fee is the club's cost – it's never added on top of what families pay. Bank transfer stays free.
