Built in
The jobs that used to eat your evenings
Weekly classes, always up to date
Juniors on Mondays, seniors on Wednesdays – each class repeats every week and is ready to book twelve weeks ahead. Holidays come off by themselves.
Monthly unlimited
Members buy a monthly unlimited pass and book every class it covers. A reminder goes out before it ends, with a one-tap link to buy another.
A register in seconds
Tick each student in, or tap “Everyone's here”. Attendance stays on each booking.
Safe for juniors
Children's names are only shown to the instructors running the class. Messages go to parents, and a concern can always be reported – to your club's welfare officer if you link the club.
Also included
Everything else, free
Bank transfer and cash are always free. Instant online payments go straight to your own Stripe account and are optional, with a Squono fee of 0.5%, capped at £1 per payment, plus Stripe's own processing fee – your cost, never added to what clients pay.
- Several instructors under the club's name
- Waitlists when a class is full
- Your terms, ticked once by each member
- Bank transfer and cash free; instant online payments optional
You stay in charge
You set your prices, your cancellation rules and who can book. You look after your own qualifications and insurance, just as you do now – anything Squono or a club hasn't checked is shown as self-declared.Questions
Straight answers
Can we sell a monthly membership?
Yes – as a monthly unlimited pass that covers the classes you choose. It isn't an automatic subscription: members get a reminder before it ends and renew with one tap.
Do juniors need their own accounts?
No. Children never have accounts – a parent books for them, and only your instructors see the child's name.
